Client Austin Ten Drivers Club
Project Website design, Membership administration
Since 1965 the Austin Ten Drivers Club
has reflected a growing interest in classic automobile restoration.
Oyster were initially approached to develop a new club web site that would incorporate online subscriptions and a confidential members area where members would be encouraged to engage with the Club and other members. The brief to Oyster was to create a modern and fully featured site but that had a stylish - retro feel that would be compatible with the Clubs classic vehicles.
The site has been been a considerable success with increasing levels of online member subscriptions and participation in forums. Initially the Club regalia shop went online and this has been followed by online ordering and admin for sales of parts that the Club has specially manufactured to facilitate restoration of vehicles and keep these cars, many of which are over 80 years old, on the road.
The web site is increasingly becoming the core
of the Clubs administration and as result Oyster now provides a fulfilment service to the Club by running Membership Services, including the issue of all membership cards and providing a central contact point.
