Project : Contractor Loyalty Scheme
F. Ball and Co. Ltd., the UK's largest manufacturer of flooring adhesives has launched an innovative Loyalty programme for flooring contractors. A first in the industry, F. Ball launched their new Contractor Loyalty Card on June 1st with a direct mail campaign to all flooring contractors in the UK and Ireland.
The programme has been developed by Oyster in record time - under a month from initial discussions to public launch. Oyster developed proposals for the operation of the programme and undertook all creative work to produce the complete launch package of promotional materials, dedicated member web site and loyalty card.
