Oyster develop Loyalty programme for F. Ball

F. Ball and Co. Ltd., the UK’s largest manufacturer of flooring adhesives has launched an innovative Loyalty programme for flooring contractors. A first in the industry, F. Ball launched their new Contractor Loyalty Card on June 1st with a direct mail campaign to all flooring contractors in the UK and Ireland.

The programme has been developed by Oyster in record time – under a month from initial discussions to public launch. Oyster developed proposals for the operation of the programme and undertook all creative work to produce the complete launch package of promotional materials, dedicated member web site and loyalty card.

Oyster were responsible for all aspects of the promotion form concept to launch, including developing the terms and conditions that apply to the overall programme and individual items such as competitions and cash back offers, through to production of printed materials, loyalty cards and sourcing of prizes and offers.

Materials produced include an introductory presenter for wholesalers, a direct mail launch mailer, counter leaflet, wholesaler mailer, posters, response pack, web site, loyalty card and a range of inserts and claim forms that provide details of scheme benefits.

Uptake of the scheme has been high and has been welcomed by wholesalers and contractors.
